Parent Coach & Education Consultant
I provide support to parents by asking curious questions and building a strong one-on-one relationship. I help guide parents through the decision-making process, loaning them my experience and support. My goal is to help parents make decisions based on what is right for their families. We are in this together, let me know how I can help. I can't wait to connect.
A bit about me
I graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1995 with a BS in Special Education. I received a Masters Degree in School Leadership from Benedictine College in 2009. I have taught Special Education and been a Principal at all grade levels, kindergarten through 12th grade. Because, I have worked with students, parents and teachers at every stage of development, my scope covers the “big picture”, not just the current age or grade level. I bring a unique perspective to the coaching world. My time in the elementary, middle, and high school setting provides an impressive web of networking experience, guidance, and professionalism regarding educational needs, development, and achievement in all stages of life.
I have always had a passion for helping others, meeting people where they are, and helping people find success is a part of my DNA. I have a deep love and admiration for the individual human story. Working with parents and educators in an up-close and personal way for over 27 years has been a complete joy and privilege! I love the process of listening, learning, and collaborating when it comes to tackling tough issues, and mapping out a plan to find success, invoke change, and provide hope. For over two decades I have helped families manage moments of transformation and growth, trials and tribulations, heartache and celebration. It’s your turn to celebrate some success, I can’t wait to help you get started!
